A terrorist has just set off an explosion in front of the High Court in New Delhi. Initial reports say at least 9 people have died. Scores of people have been injured. Source: Sky News.

Because as the Western media has informed us, that’s the profile that should now be used by the Indian police whenever there is a terrorist incident in their country.
