Looking for Lewis and Clarke

This clip from the Whistle Test is the first time I saw the Long Ryders. I can remember it like it was yesterday. When the guy said that they were going to be playing in Aberdeen on Friday night, I got myself straight in there, I can tell you. Saw them playing The Venue (long gone) and then went down to London to see them playing in Hammersmith on the last night of their tour as well. Great memories!  Here’s something from Sid Griffin, 23 years later …
